PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.


Return Policy

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

• -within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)

• -must not be a special order or a custom order

• -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please refuse shipment and tell the carrier (freight company) you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged. Then call EverGreen Energy Customer Support at 541-508-4505 immediately. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please call the carriers customer service to make arrangements to file a claim for a damaged order. You generally have 24 hours to file the claim and please take pictures for the freight company.

Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Received Damaged Item: EverGreen Energy, LLC will pay for return shipping for a product that was damaged in shipping due to a packaging defect. We will immediately ship a replacement item once we receive the damaged item back. All other claims need to be filed with the carrier company. If you believe you qualify and would like EverGreen Energy to pay for return shipping, you must email us (evergreenenergynetzero@gmail.com) or call us at 541-508-4505 before attempting to return the product. EverGreen Energy Customer Service will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number which you must have before sending back a product. COD shipments will not be accepted.

Received Wrong Item: If we ship an item other than what you ordered we will immediately ship the correct item and send a pickup for the incorrect item at our cost.

Refunds: Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Items must be clean, in original packaging and re-sellable. There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Warranty Replacement Item: EverGreen Energy, LLC does not provide the warranty, but work between the customer and the manufacturer to cover the purchased item under the manufacturer's warranty as specified. Both the original shipping fees and return shipping fees will be the buyer's responsibility. You must print and fill out the warranty form and send it along with a copy of your original invoice, in the package to be returned. Please call EverGreen Energy Customer Service so we may issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Un-wanted Items: We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on Power-Save electrical items unless due to a warranty issue. All warranty items are exchange only. Please call EverGreen Energy, LLC for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All other items may be returned at the discretion of EverGreen Energy, LLC Customer Service at 541-508-4505 within 14 days of the order ship date, but may be subject to a 25% return fee. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not refundable. All products returned MUST be 100% complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code, packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.

Kit Policy: Our Power-Save Energy Saving Kits and Power-Save Solar Kits are sold as a complete package. As such, returns on a kit can only be accepted for refund if returned complete with all the original kit items and in their original packaging. Returned kits with missing items will be subject to a pro-rated refund based on the missing item(s). Please call EverGreen Energy, LLC Customer Service at 541-508-4505, write at 2260 NE Edgewater Dr., Bend, OR 97701, or email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning the product. Items without the Return Merchandise Authorization number will not be accepted.

Kit items returned must be clean, in original packaging and re-sellable.

Our business is based on getting you the item you need, accurately and quickly.

Please note: A package which has been refused by the recipient does not excuse our return policy. If packages are returned to us by the carrier as "refused" we will contact the purchaser to arrange reshipment or process a refund subject to our return policy above.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a EverGreen Energy LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, EverGreen Energy LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. EverGreen Energy LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, EverGreen Energy LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by EverGreen Energy LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a EverGreen Energy LLC or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
